MAKE YOUR STRENGTH MORE STRONGER

 


In our day todays life, who does not want to be a muscle man, everyone right? we like to show our biceps to others.Specially if someone tells you wow nice muscle we tend to get carried on by that.

Today the strength which i am going to talk to you about is not of your muscles but instead of your mind.Does your mind have strength to overcome challenges that comes in your day todays life, or do you get frustrated? Yes pause for a while and think about it, do you actually get frustrated and angry on small problems that comes your way, or do you handle boldly by taking wise decisions.

Your mind plays a very important role to face life with real challenges and to overcome it.If you are a muscleman having good biceps, good body but do not know how to use your mind to be calm or take matured decisions calmly, very soon you will realise you may go through stress.If you are not able to overcome or handle your stress, you will notice having good physique is like having no money in your pocket when you are not able to solve your problems.

A big question arises how can we increase our strengths.You must have noticed in many job interviews the interviewer may ask questions like what are your strength and weakness.Many may say my communication is my strength, some may say creativity and the list goes on and on, and weakness would be being emotional, for someone else  they will not be able to take or listen to anyone telling negative to them.So everyone has their own strength and weakness.

HOW CAN YOU ENSURE YOU DONT HAVE MUCH WEAKNESS 



Can this really happen, one does not have any weakness only strength.It may sound difficult but we can try to reduce our weakness and make our strength strong.

Below is the list of making your Strength more stronger.

1. Rule 1 - Make your strength so strong that your weakness looks smaller to it, and you will gradually keep reducing your weakness day by day as your strength will  keep becoming stronger.

Example :-  Just imagine your strength is creativity, and you are really good at it, no matter whatever task is given you do it beautifully.On the other hand you are scared of public speaking, so on one hand you love creativity and you are very passionate about it and on the other end, if you are told to face an audience and say a speech you get nerves.

Now lets understand calmly, since u love being creative, you will show your talent by being creative at your work and if your manager tends to ask explanation you will love to answer it, make this strength more stronger by being so creative that slowly and gradually not just the team from your office but the entire staff in some or the other way come to ask help from you.When you keep helping the other colleagues later you may have to give presentations in the teams and slowly slowly you may have to give your presentations to a large team, since your strength is now getting more stronger day by day and you will notice your weakness of public speaking vanishing.

By now you will realise that the entire office loves your creativity and you will love to give a creative speech to ensure even others get better.

So what do we learn here, when you focus on your strength more very soon you will notice your weakness slowing down.

2. Rule 2  Be Positive :- When you are positive towards life, your mind will stay focused for the things that you want to do.When you stay positive there will be clarity for the things that you are doing and your mind will also be positive always.If you have big muscles and have negative mentality, do you think you will have successful  relationship with people around you and your environment No ? 

Staying positive at all times ensures you don't go into depression.If you are very sensitive and emotional kind of a person, who tends to get hurt if someone tells you bad,than learn to be strong and change yourself to be practical.

It takes time to change your behaviour pattern, since habits take time to change but try, things will change.

3.Rule 3  Find a Purpose :- So when you want to increase your strength, find a purpose , when you know your purpose of life, you will know what you love doing or what is your dream and will work towards it and eventually that will increase your strength.

4. Environment :- Build your mind muscles of having good people around you, by being into good environment.Your enviornment and good people around you will give you some valuable inputs on life, which will help you increase your strength.

When you are around good wise people around you, there are wise and matured thoughts exchanged among each other,at times new ideas are discussed which may help you in your career life.

If you are into a bad environment your thoughts may accordingly change to negative,and once your thoughts change for the worst, you may think different way and behave with people around you differently which others may not like it.



5. Never give up : When you give up when you have too much of problems, you may feel weak.Generally when you keep giving up if there are difficult problems on your way rather than trying, gradually you will get into an habit of giving up faster and that will add to your new weakness in your list.So try not giving up fast, if you are not able to do it on your own take help from others but do it.

6. Rule 6  is dont forget RULE 1.

It is very important in life that you know what you want to do in life when comes to your passion, goals or dreams.When you know your goals, you will communicate well with others, you will think creative and will do things,out of the box and thats when you will realise you have great potential within you.

You will notice your strength is getting stronger when you keep meeting different people around you, and you will learn about new problems and new challenges and accordingly you will come up with solutions.

When you are strong from your mind,you will also be away from other sickness.Its your negative thoughts that results into stress when things dont happen as per your ways, because of which if not handled on time can lead to depression.

When you are into depression even your muscles will not be of any help since the negative thoughts have empowered your thoughts and will rule it.You will think negative and start arguing on small matters if things does not work as per your ways.


Strengthing your mind with positive thoughts are very important.If you feel you are weak, try to find out what is your strength, when you find out your strength keep working towards your strength till your list of weakness gradually reduces.

Its your mind that rules your body and your thoughts,so be positive, have clarity and focus on your strength rather than your weakness.
